I attended Rick's workshop when I needed help. I didn't even feel sure about doing the 10-Day Challenge, but within a few days, I woke up thinking, "I can add this (another treasure) to my list!" I am feeling calmer and stronger daily and I have more confidence for my job search.

During your talk, I really liked how you reached out to the audience and got the audience involved by having us write down things we like about ourselves and what we are good at. I felt more confident in myself after seeing these things on paper. I have also noticed that positive self talk affects those around me. My team, for example, has recently been high-fiving one another after workouts when we are done and uplifting each other more than we used to.

So far this course has been really helpful in getting me to switch my thinking around, which is changing everything. At first I was upset (about spring NCAA sports being cancelled) because what is the point of training for cross country if it is still 5 months away, but then I realized I needed to flip my thinking. I have noticed that on my runs I am way more positive which translates to me running faster and with better posture. This course has been really helpful to me with flipping my thinking, and I am sure it will benefit a lot of other athletes!

My daughter was aggressive from the start and her team went off her lead. She was driving a lot. She even had the confidence to take the last shot to try to win the game. She was extremely mad about losing the game. But she feels like she played good this season and has really improved her mental approach. Thanks coach!

Rick worked with our son from sophomore to senior year in high school when our son was doubting his abilities. Rick guided him to improve his self-talk as well as preparing him mentally for competitions.
